Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping Methods

Product is shipped via UPS. UPS shipping will be via Ground Service, unless you specify 3day, 2 day or overnight service in the comments section of your order.

Insurance

Insurance is added to all shipments based on the dollar value of your merchandise.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed by 12:30 P.M Eastern Standard or Eastern Daylight Savings time will be processed and shipped the day of the order. Orders placed after that time may be shipped the following day.

We will ship to you all items which we currently have in stock. On our order forms you will be able to indicate whether you want us to backorder any items which are out of stock. Most backordered items will be available within ten days of the backorder. We will notify you when backorder items arrive to verify that you are still in need of these products.

USPS

If you specify we can ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This method of shipment is economical with flat rates for small and medium sized boxes. However, we do not insure merchandise shipped by this method. The buyer is financially responsible for the merchandise once it is shipped from our office. The goods are shipped FOB

 

Return Policy

For 60 years ERIC GOTTFRIED INC. has sold the finest quality Crystallized Swarovski Elements. We are a 5 Star Recommend Partner with a 60 year relationship with Swarovski in Austria and Swarovski North America Limited.

We accept returns of our merchandise if we are contacted within 30 days of the sale. All returns must be pre-approved. A customer must contact us either by telephone at 1-800-223-2675 or via e-mail at sales@ericgottfried.com. We will issue an RA number at that time.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. We only accept packages in their original condition for return. We do not accept packages with the seal broken unless the contents are mislabeled by the factory or the merchandise is defective.

Customers are responsible for the costs of all returned shipments. RA numbers must be placed on the outside label of the returned package. We will credit the customer’s account upon receipt of the merchandise.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Protecting your order information is important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers like the ones we use to process orders at Pinknyc.com. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

If your browser or firewall doesn't support SSL, you will not be able to connect to the server, which means you won't be able to mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.
